Number 6 King Abdullah Economic City :
With a total development area of 173 km² (66.8 sq mi), the city is located along the coast of the Red Sea, around 100 km north of Jeddah, the commercial hub of Saudi Arabia

Number 5 : King Abdulaziz Airport

The new King Abdulaziz International Airport three-stage development started in September 2006, and is currently scheduled for a soft start in May of 2018.[7] The project is designed to increase the airport's yearly capacity from 13 million to 80 million passengers.[citation needed]

The expansion includes brand new passenger terminal building, air traffic control (ATC) tower, airfield hard standing and paved areas, lighting, fuel network systems and storm water drainage network. There will also be a newly constructed support services building and upgrades to the existing runway and airfield systems. The three stages, according to GACA – the General Authority of Civil Aviation of Saudi Arabia, will be marked by staged capacity increase to 30 million, 60 million and 80 million passengers per year.

The new airport will be accessed by the Haramain High Speed Rail network. Prince Majed Street will connect to the Al-Laith Highway, forming a fast north-south transit route.

Number 4: Riyadh Metro
The Saudi Arabian government awarded $22.5 billion in contracts to three foreign-led consortia on Sunday for the design and construction of a metro rail system in the capital Riyadh.

The project, which will involve six rail lines extending 176 kilometers (110 miles) and carrying electric, driverless trains, is the world's largest public transport system currently under development, Saudi officials said.

U.S. construction giant Bechtel Corp heads a group which won a $9.45 billion contract to build two lines, the government announced.

A consortium led by Spain's Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas (FCC.MC) won a $7.82 billion contract for three lines, while Italy's Ansaldo STS (STS.MI) heads a group that won a $5.21 billion order.

Design work will start immediately and construction will begin in the first quarter of 2014, the government said. The project would be completed in 2019.

Number 3: Jubail City project

It will be the biggest industrial city in the world. The project will cost 80 billion and will be finished by 2025.

Number 2: AL Haram Grand Mosque Expansion
It will be the biggest Religious structure in the planet.The project will cost 10 billion and will be done by 2019.

Number 1 : Jeddah Economic City
eddah Economic City, previously known as Kingdom City, is a 5,202,570 m2 (56,000,000 sq ft) (2 square mile) project approved for construction in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.[1] The project is designed by the Kingdom Holding Company, a firm owned by Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal.[1] Jeddah Economic City will host both commercial and residential development including homes, hotels, and offices.[1][2]

The centerpiece of the development will be Jeddah Tower, planned to be the tallest building in the world upon its completion.[2] The entire project is estimated to cost $20 billion (SR75 billion).[3] Jeddah Economic City is a three-phase project. Jeddah Tower will be built in phase one, infrastructure for the project will be created in phase two, the third phase will be the profits.
